Book a meeting: Book time with Olivia Soesanto
If you'd like to discuss tutorials, assignments, ask any questions, talk to me about any concerns or struggles, etc, I'm always happy to speak with you! So please feel free to:
Speak with me after class - but keep in mind that I might not be able to talk for long if there's a class after or if I have something scheduled.
Schedule a time (link above) to meet - If in person, it can be anywhere in the library or at the hearing hub. If online, Zoom or Teams.
Yes, we can definitely schedule to meet outside those hours; just email me :)
Email me - depending on when I receive the email, a reply might take up to 48 hours. If you don't receive a reply after 48 hours, please email me again as I may have missed your email.
Ollie's classes:
Class 6: Tuesday 9 AM - 11 AM at 12SW 318
Class 7: Tuesday 11 AM - 1 PM at 12SW 318
Class 8: Thursday 9 AM - 11 AM at 12SW 318
Please sign attendance sheet at the end of every class - slides will only be sent to names that are on the list
I will send an email with the slides at the end of the week to everyone who attended classes that week.
That email will also contain reminders or recaps of of any information that's important for the assessments or for class.
In general, tutorial slides are only sent to those who have attended class.
"I'm sick or something urgent pops up and I can't attend one class."
Let me know via email and we can arrange for you to attend one of my other classes if number permits.
If you can't attend any of my other classes: you can email another tutor (cc me in the email) & politely ask if i's possible for you to attend one of their classes.
Other classes:
Cassandra Crone: Monday 11 - 1
Rowan Bate: Wednesday 3 - 5, 5 - 7
Carter Sale: Tuesday 3 - 5, Wednesday 11 - 1, Friday 9 - 11, 11 - 1
Andrew Wowk: Monday 1 - 3, 3 - 5, Friday 1 - 3
You must always email ahead before attending another class. Please, do not just turn up! If there's not enough time to ask, always let them know before class starts.
If you've been regularly attending but you can't make it to one class or one of other tutors' classes that week, let me know and I'll make the slides available to you.
NOTE: This is only for one-offs. Any permanent change to tutorials must be done on eStudent.
